1. Services Provided
AL-Ahad Quran Online provides online Quran teaching services including:
- One-on-one Quran classes via video calls (Zoom/Google Meet/WhatsApp)
- Group Quran classes for families or small groups
- Quran memorization (Hifz) programs
- Tajweed and proper recitation training
- Islamic studies and basic Arabic
- Flexible scheduling according to student timezone
2. Student Responsibilities
By enrolling in our classes, students agree to:
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for classes
- Show respect and Islamic etiquette towards teachers at all times
- Complete assigned practice and homework between classes
- Maintain necessary technical requirements (stable internet, working device, camera)
- Make timely payments as agreed upon enrollment
- Provide 24-hour notice for class cancellation or rescheduling
3. Payment Terms
Payment and fee structure:
- All fees are discussed and agreed upon via WhatsApp before classes begin
- No refunds are provided for completed classes
- Rescheduling requires minimum 24-hour advance notice
- Monthly, quarterly, or package payments available as agreed
- Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other agreed methods
- Late payments may result in temporary suspension of classes
4. Code of Conduct
During Quran classes, students must adhere to:
- Islamic dress code and modest appearance during video calls
- Respectful language and behavior towards teachers and staff
- No recording of classes without explicit written permission
- Creating a quiet, distraction-free learning environment
- Parental supervision required for students under 12 years old
- No sharing of class links or materials with unauthorized persons
5. Limitation of Liability
AL-Ahad Quran Online is not responsible for:
- Technical issues on student's side (internet connectivity, device problems)
- Missed classes due to student's unavailability or technical issues
- Learning progress which depends on student's practice and commitment
- Force majeure events (power outages, natural disasters, political unrest)
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
6. Intellectual Property
All teaching materials provided by AL-Ahad Quran Online are:
- For personal Quran learning use only
- Not to be recorded, distributed, or shared without written permission
- Copyrighted to AL-Ahad Quran Online
- Teaching methods and curriculum are proprietary
- Students may not use materials for commercial purposes
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or concerns will be resolved through:
- First attempt: Direct communication via WhatsApp within 24 hours
- Second attempt: Formal email communication to info@alahadquran.com
- If unresolved: Mediation by a mutually agreed third party
- Governed by the laws of Pakistan
- Resolution will be sought in accordance with Islamic principles
8. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy:
- Personal information is collected only for service provision
- No sharing of student information with third parties
- Data stored securely with encryption where possible
- You may request data deletion at any time

9. Amendments to Terms
These terms may be updated:
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Changes will be communicated via email or WhatsApp
- Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of new terms

10. Termination of Services
Services may be terminated:
- By student: With 7-day written notice via WhatsApp
- By academy: In case of violation of terms with immediate notice
- For non-payment: After 15 days of overdue payment
- Refunds for unused classes will be provided upon termination
